I’m sure you still remember how beautiful the weather was Labor Day weekend this year…truly amazing, especially for a wedding at River Farm! We actually had two weddings at River Farm that weekend and both were fabulous.
Here are a few pictures that we took during set-up. We can’t wait to get the professional pictures, especially of the bridal bouquet (which unfortunately we didn’t get a picture of, bummer!). It included artichokes, hydrangea, berries, and all sorts of fun, textural flowers and foliages.
These seasonal white and green centerpieces were perfect with the surroundings at River Farm. We actually got most of the flowers for this wedding from a local grower out of Virginia! The centerpiece includes white hydrangea, green zinnias, baby green hydrangea, parrot tulips, hypericum berry, green dianthus, green hanging amaranthus, and birch branches in a glass cube vase.
What a tent! The decor was amazing! We absolutely LOVED the linens with the dark wood chivari chairs and ivory cushion. The white paper lanterns were just the perfect touch!
In love with the cocktail table linens and flowers. Look at that amazing view of the Potomac! I wouldn’t mind standing at this table sipping on a cocktail!
Congratulations to David and Gillian!!! We really enjoyed working with you Gillian and your sweet mother Mary Jane. We hope you loved the flowers as much as we did!
